Children
At Museum Ordrupgaard, we offer many activities for children all year round. Explore The Art Park, play freely at Villapük, or visit the creative workshop - the only limit is your imagination!
Art in the Open Air
The Art Park is full of with works of art that invite you to interact and play. Here, you can, among other things, climb high into the sky in a large bamboo tower, jump through a cloud of fog, or make your way through a maze of mirrors.
The Creative Workshop
Museum Ordrupgaard always has creative activities for children and families who enjoy making things with their hands. The activities in the workshop change along with our special exhibitions and the season, so feel free to come back even if you’ve visited earlier this year.
From time to time, we hold creative workshops for children in the workshop or outdoors. Some of our workshops require registration. Find them all in our calendar.

Villapük - a Wonderful Children's House
In a playful and whimsical way, the artist duo Randi & Katrine have recreated Museum Ordrupgaard’s 1918 mansion in miniature. Here, children can romp about in a fairy-tale world that mirrors reality but is full of surprises. Villapük is located in the children’s room next to the museum shop. Before or after visiting the children’s room, you may want to visit the founders’ home, which inspired the two artists.
